As a Scrum Master & Java Developer in our clients team, your role will be dual: primarily focused (about 90%) on Scrum Master responsibilities, with an opportunity to contribute as a developer. You’ll join a DevSecOps environment in-house at the client, collaborating closely with Java developers as well as with other Scrum Masters, support teams, Business Analysts, and E2E Testers.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily stand‑ups and team follow‑ups.
Report progress and status to the Release Train Engineer and Product Owner, both on one‑time initiatives and ongoing activities.
Drive delivery using the SAFe framework, managing Program Increments.
Plan and track work using Confluence and Jira.
Ensure successful delivery of backend telematics services, including features such as Over‑the‑Air (OTA) updates.
Who You Are
A senior Java developer (8+ years) with a strong foundation in agile methodologies. Your Java skills are strong enough to pass clients technical tests.
You have prior experience in a Scrum Master or similar roles.
You’re eager to evolve into more of a leadership position while maintaining some hands‑on technical involvement.
