Onboarding Process

Here we describe our onboarding process. Welcome!

First step

Contract signature

We send you the contract with all the legal information for you to sign.

Second step

Work permit

We send you two forms to fill in the personal data needed for the process and what documents you need to add. We pay and have ownership of the whole process with the Immigration department. 

Third step

Residence Card

For those countries that you need a Visa to enter Sweden you do the process for residence card before you can travel to Sweden. After the application is submitted you must book an appointment at the embassy to do biometrics. 

Fourth step

Apartment search

While we wait for the work permit to be approved, we reach our network of landlords in order to find your first accommodation.

Travel to Sweden

When your work permit has been granted and we have found your first assignment, it is time to set up your start date and arrival in Sweden.
